1) The evaluation of the BH standards and regulations on the environment, food safety and quality (Republic of Srpska and Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina)
    1.1) The analysis of the BH standards and regulations on the environment, food safety and quality (both entities) carried out by the universities of Banja Luka and Tuzla (during the first three months of the project)
    1.2) Acquisition of the essential standards and regulations implemented in EU Member States dealing with the environment, food safety and quality, as well as purchasing of ten computers (five of them for the University of Banja Luka and five for the University of Tuzla), software, documentation and books for intensive English course (first half of the first year)
2) Improvement of the knowledge BH university professors posses on EU standards and regulations dealing with the environment, food safety and quality
    2.1) Visit of EU University professors to BIH to recruit the teaching staff from BH universities for trainers and their training in distance learning theories (first half of the first year)
    2.2) Intensive English course for the teaching staff/trainers (first half of the first year)
    2.3) Visit of recruited professors from the Universities of Banja Luka and Tuzla (future trainers) to Western universities in order to improve the knowledge and acquire the experience in teaching the staff dealing with the environment, food safety and food quality, as well as to take parts in various seminars and workshops, and to prepare and test the course modules (second half of the first year)
3) Development of new teaching materials for the course participants
    3.1) New student’s books (all three years)
    3.2) Preparation of the WEB site suitable for self-study in order to refresh the knowledge of the course participants after the completion of the Tempus project (the second and the third year)
4) Training of the representatives from different state institutions, food industry and inspection on EU regulation dealing with the environment, food safety and quality, and the possibility of its implementation
    4.1) Selection of the course participants (two months before each course)
    4.2) Intensive course on INTERNET and data bases (the first part of the second year and the second part of the third year)
    4.3) Training of the participants in eight module course in the preliminary phase at the universities of Banja Luka and Tuzla (the second and the third year)
    4.4) Visit of the course participants with trainers to peer institutions in EU Member States (the second and the third year)
    4.5) Evaluation of the preliminary phase of the training (the second part of the third year)

5) Efficient and effective JEP management promoting the examples of good practice with the sustainability through dissemination after the completion of this Tempus project
    5.1) Planing meeting with the representatives of all consortium members at the beginning of every year
    5.2) Monitoring meeting at the end of every year in order to analyse the activities carried out, as well as to hold workshops in Banja Luka and Tuzla that will make the Tempus JEP results widely known
    5.3) Managing and co-ordination meeting for the preparation of the report on the completed activities
    5.4) Dissemination of the project results publicising the information through the public media to the large group of the consumers interested in it
